Celebrating Holidays?
In keeping true with Spirit illuminating what’s behind the veil, I was led to eye opening information about Labor Day and overall holidays. While people celebrate holidays.
The first awareness was realizing Labor Day, celebrating “Laborers,” began from enslavement. In 1947, it was approved for people to be paid no less than .49 cents an hour. And now, 77 Years later, that minimum wage has only increased by $6.76. Currently $7.25 hr, the minimum wage has not been increased for the past 15 years. Non-Laborers, however, are on a different pay range starting at 27.65. I’ll leave the comparison to your own awakening.
Well, that led me further down the rabbit hole into researching the origins of other federally approved holidays, which resulted in realizing all of those holidays are bathed in violence death, destruction, murder, falseness, and enslavement.
Energy is Memory and Memory is Energy. Whether now, then, or in the future, memory and energy communicate and charges everything, everywhere. In that, I realized many of us are unaware of the actual energy and memory charging the holidays we celebrate, and how, unwittingly, we recall and re-igniting those 'suffering energies’ of violence death, destruction, murder, falseness, and enslavement to the surface, on specific allotted days.
May these memories imprinted upon history and th eheats and souls of our ancestors, awaken us to celebrate the Divine illumination, and honor love… everyday. Not just a single allocated day.
Each Holiday celebration re-energizes the memory from which it originated; Violence, death, destruction, falseness, and enslavement. The quest of celebration is to be consciously aware the energy is re-froming during celebration and intentionally transform the suffering memory into love and benevolence. If we can’t do that, we probably shouldn’t be involved, or at least accept we are accountable for the energy and memory re-surfacing.
Valentine’s Day - Reflects of the beheading of Saint Valentine.
New Year’s Day - This day was when the Babylonians affirmed loyalty to new kings, and Caesar sacrificed others for favor. Christians and current society use it to resolve unsavory acts.
Martin Luther King - Assassinated.
Washington day - Supports the plan to solve, the “Native American problem”
Memorial Day - is to lovingly honor those who died in the Civil War ordered by kings. Enslaved people, were the first to honor the fallen, calling it Decoration Day.
Juneteenth - Celebrates the freeing of slaves in Texas. Yet, In 1863, Lincoln declared ALL enslaved people in confederate states in rebellion against the union, Forever free.
Independence Day - Carries the energy of the Revolutionary war and independence from Britain.
Labor Day - a “workingman’s” holiday for industry workers, which promotes division and separation between hard-working physical laborers and non laborers. Riots and killings forced hard laborer recognition.
Columbus Day - Celebrates a violent history of colonization and eradication of the people.
Veterans Day (Armistice day) - Justly celebrates the strength of Veterans who fought and suffered for our freedom. For many, celebrating re-ignites their horrific memories, and how they were treated unfairly by the people and government.
Thanksgiving (National Day of Mourning) - Initially, Native Americans helped European settlers who were ill or unequipped, only to endure bloody conflicts with them as they attempting to eradicate the Natives.
At one point, this day was used to giving thanks to Almighty God… later, a day of expressing gratitude for war and independence. Ironically, in an act of honoring life, the president ”pardoned” two turkeys from being slaughtered each year, yet, then authored thousands of men to slaughtered in war.
Christmas - This holiday was originally, a celebration of Winter Solstice and Rome used the day to celebrate Saturn/Saturnalia.
The actual birth of Jesus of Nazareth was initially celebrated during Easter because sacred text directs his birth, to spring time.
Christmas was declared by Pope Julius I, who chose December 25 in an effort to replace people celebrating Saturn and winter.
Destruction followed. Solstice was outlawed and Christmas was canceled resulting in trials of punishment, riots, and conflict, and gross unemployment.
Some people choose to celebrate Sint Nikolaas - a Dutch humanitarian, who gave away all his wealth and helped sick and poor people. His existence is the only spiritual, pure illumination of love, referenced in this list. However, the spelling of his name was altered to honor Saint Nicholas, and support roman religious ideas. Unfortunately, his presence is not legally recognized as a holiday to celebrate his acts.
Easter - Not a federally recognized holiday, Easter was initially a celebration of “Eostre” The Goddess of Spring and Fertility, which are represented by bunnies and eggs.
Indigenous Peoples Day - The original inhabitants of our land are also, not honored on the federal list of holidays. Initially (and hypocritically) it used to be celebrated along side of Columbus Day.
They are, to most of us, our ancestors who simply wanted to exist peacefully and harmoniously with mother earth and father sky, yet, endured the longest running history of torture, violence, death, destruction, murder, falseness, and enslavement by the government approved, “Indian removal act.” Thankfully, a few escaped by hiding from the assassins.
As we can see, all federally recognized holidays carry the energy and memory of destruction, torture, violence, death, destruction, murder, falseness, and enslavement, in one way or another.
When my heart realized this, I also remembered the energetic imprints we support and celebrate, imprint upon history and others. I concluded, to celebrate my own energy and memory, stemming from a place of love, respect, and honor, for ALL. Not for what people have done, but for Great Spirit, Creator, who holds the souls of All Our Relations, in its perfect, grace filled, loving energy.
Each of us have the unrestrictive power to energize and decorate our days, and everyone’s days, with love, harmony, and goodness, EVERYDAY.
Not because we want to change the world, or people, but because we love Great Spirit, Creator, and all that is good, decent and loving.
Today, September 3rd, my heart declared today, as “ALL MY RELATIONS DAY” and my Soul declared celebration of Great Spirit’s infinite presence…Everyday.
