Dear governor Stein,
If you claim to want to make North Carolina safe, and keep the people, safe, and ultimately, even have a state land to govern, you need to stop the chemtrailing in the skies.
Not only are the chemicals being used extremely toxic and harmful to people, plants, animals, water, and agriculture, they blend with other airborne toxins creating violent atmospheres, and disastrous storms.
Many people have taken air and water samples after sky chemical dispursement (and disbursement) aka chem-trailing, proving the unnatural toxins have been disbursed. The chemicals are causing widespread respiratory illness, cellular degradation, and fatigue, along with decreasing animal and plant life. People all over the world, easily recognize, they all of a sudden, become ill after the skies have been graphed.

The ‘ investor’s terrorists’ graph the skies with toxin lines, before a storm hits the state. They come out in forces, injecting harmful chemicals into the atmosphere above our land.
The chemicals, then, produce downward, facing tendrils, spreading out the chemicals.
Within 24 hours, the sun is blocked, the air cools, which has made skin burn, like dry ice.
The sky turns an Unnatural gray, before the rain system even reaches the state.
Then, before the rain, powder and nano particles fall from the sky, onto objects, which, has been witnessed, and photographed, by many people in North Carolina, and many near states.
People across the US have extensive photos of these planes ejecting chemicals, which linger, expand, twist, and create downdraft tendrils.
What the terrorists are injecting into the sky, stays. Con trails from planes, disappear quickly.
This is not only manufacturing gross harm upon all life, it is blatant an Act of war upon the people, being performed, and paid for, with our money, Without our consent.
Anyone, and everyone, involved in acts of spraying toxic chemicals in the air over our state, needs to be stopped, and charged with acts of terrorism and treason.

North Carolina has a bill on the table already pertaining to this. However, Terrorism does not need time for a bill to be approved.
Harm to life and citizens is terrorism, and implicates premeditated murder by making people ill. That is Not a decision, valid, for delay.
